–In my country I studied in the Morehouse College, a black university, that treats these subjects. Later I went to the Dominican Republic and there I saw what is to be afrolatino. When I obtained the Fulbrigth scholarship for an independent investigation I chose Peru, because unlike which it had seen, here the black yes are a minority.
– Is problematic a different one?
–Yes. In addition to being minority, in Peru the black community is dispersed. And also I chose east country by the fujimorista dictatorship, because interested in the policy and the civil society we know that Peru has undergone much.
